Meet The Team

Michael Dyer, Co-FounderBen Dyer, Co-Founder

Michael & Ben Dyer; (Co-Founders):

The Dyers are the driving force behind Youth Enterprise CIC; two working class boys done good, knocking down preconceived conceptions that people from working class backgrounds, in often deprived areas, are not allowed to dream, to aspire, to succeed. The Dyers are not bound by this outdated notion, and are motivated to share their story and encourage students to do the same; to learn the skills in an engaging way to be prepared for the world of work. Along with running the business, meeting government ministers and executing the Enterprise Days in schools, they also offer and are confident in delivering rousing, inspirational speaking. They can deliver motivational speeches at awards evenings and business nights with credibility accrued from years of experience in the education and enterprise sector.

OliDocksey

 Oli Docksey; Head of Delivery:

Oli is lead facilitator and boy, does he lead from the front. The students love him and the company always gets great feedback back from schools and pupils alike. Oli speaks to the students in a fresh, relevant and engaging manner, which makes him relatable in a way that gains the students’ respect, and crucially, their attention.

AshleighPorter-Exley

Ashleigh Porter-Exley; Ambassador

Youth Enterprise CIC certainly practice what they preach. Ashleigh won the Young Apprentice (Series 3) on BBC1 and has shown no signs of slowing down her usual go getting, pro-active outlook. Since she joined Youth Enterprise, Ashleigh has become an integral member of the team. Not only is she warmly welcomed by teachers and schools to come and speak to their students, Ashleigh encourages young people themselves into enterprise and entrepreneurship by telling her story. Ash does this through demonstrating the success and talent in young people, and how important it is to support, nurture and strengthen their skills in business, imagination and communication. Ashleigh helps to build the confidence they have in their own abilities and has a fantastic response from pupils who are engaged and motivated by her aspiring account.
